Arishta has secured a £10 million funding package to support its strategy of building a high-quality, scalable care platform across the United Kingdom. The funding follows the successful acquisition of A & R Care Limited, a well-established provider operating two CQC-rated “Good” care homes in South London.

This investment represents a key milestone in Arishta’s long-term vision to partner with strong, values-led care businesses and support their growth through disciplined governance, operational excellence, and a consistent focus on care quality.

A & R Care Limited operates Beechwood House and Barrington Lodge Nursing Home, providing residential and nursing care services to 66 residents. Both homes are rated “Good” across all CQC domains and are recognised locally for their stable leadership teams, strong clinical standards, and person-centred approach to care.

The funding will enable Arishta to continue progressing its acquisition programme across residential, nursing, and domiciliary care services, while also strengthening central operational capability to ensure consistency, resilience, and long-term sustainability as the group expands.

Kalpesh Shah, Founder of Arishta, said:

“This funding marks an important step in Arishta’s journey. Our ambition is to build a care group that respects the legacy and strengths of existing providers while enhancing them through robust governance, operational discipline, and patient capital. We are grateful for the support of our funding and advisory partners and remain firmly focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for residents, families, and staff.”

Adam Brinn, Regional Head at Growth Lending, commented:

“Arishta has demonstrated a thoughtful, disciplined, and credible approach to building a care platform that prioritises quality, governance, and long-term sustainability. We are pleased to support the team as they execute their growth strategy within a complex and highly regulated sector.”

Harry Knight, Corporate Financial Director at Corbett Keeling, added:

“This transaction reflects Arishta’s measured and well-structured approach to growth in the care sector. A & R Care is a high-quality business with a strong reputation, and this funding provides a solid foundation for Arishta to continue scaling responsibly while maintaining a clear focus on care quality.”

Arishta continues to advance a strong pipeline of opportunities and remains committed to working collaboratively with experienced care teams, preserving what works well within existing services, and strengthening them through leadership, governance, and financial discipline.
